#31 - The open space created by the loss of those wonderful fir trees, not only destroys the artistic symmetry of the landscape but leaves a void in our hearts. We’ll sadly miss the enveloping sense of peace and seclusion we so lovingly remember from our early days here in this once very wooded setting.
