#3 - In 1954, Grandma C & Grandad bought the lakefront property from Percy & Clarice. Over the next few years they thinned some of the forrest, built a small house up the hill for Percy & Clarice and a new dock. In 1960 they built a new, Northwest Contemporary style home in front of the original old cabin. Then tore down the old cabin to make a driveway.
